I love to own a new dog and have been thinking for quite some time regarding the breed to choose which would be appropriate for me. I have a cute daughter who loves to have a loving pet dog. After a lot of research I planned to buy a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. These are the few qualities which I found in them and would love to share with anyone who is interested in having one of these great animals as well!

The Staffordshire Bull Terriersare pet dogs which get along very well with humans and children especially! The Staffordshire Bull Terriers love being around humans and are the ideal pet. Your kids will love them because they are very loving, intelligent, fast learners and equally obedient also. Unlike other dogs, you find that their coat is very soft and smooth. You can find them in six different colors. They require some exercise and they also love to play games. They have a capability of distinguishing between strangers, so they make a perfect guard for your house.

The Staffordshire Bull Terrier Dogs have great strength for the build of their body and are well developed also. Their height varies from fourteen to sixteen inches and they weigh between twenty-four to thirty- eight pounds. They look quite small, but they are very strong, sturdy and stout. Usually you find that the skull on the head is quite broad and short, with dark round eyes, a dark nose and a narrow forehead. They don’t have very large ears but yet have sparkling, taut lips. We also find that they have wide shoulders with a short neck and well built legs. You would surely start adoring the cute Staffordshire Bull Terrier once it’s in your home!

Once you have planned to get Staffordshire Bull Terriers for your little one, certain factors has to be born in mind. Firstly, always purchase one which is registered, because they are original breeds and worth the amount you pay. Once they are registered you need not worry about any imperfection in the puppy.

Some general tips to take care of Staffordshire Bull Terriers after you get one: It is very easy to brush them because they have short hair, so it is best if you brush them daily but then only when necessary. It is always better to tie them with a strap while on a walk, because they tend to get aggressive with other dogs. Always start training them early or when they are young, because it becomes a real problem training them after they are outgrown. It is not advised to leave the dogs unattended for hours together in the backyard when you are off to work, because they are a breed which require company. Otherwise they tend to become very aggressive and try to escape in order to find company. They have a history where we find that two males never get along well at the same place, so it is always better to get a female and a male.

There is no second thought, get ready to search out for a lovely Staffordshire Bull Terrier or more than one for that matter! You will love these cute, small and adorable little animals!
